Green Screen gets it without the paper, so it sits on top of your footage. Movie Maker gets the whole picture as a shot in your film.

Photoshop
Layers, names, opacity, blend modes, hidden layers and clipping go both ways. Text and panel layers arrive in Photoshop as pixels. Layer folders open as separate layers. You can also drag a .psd or a picture onto the canvas.
Your picture saves itself on this device as you work. Two fingers move and zoom the canvas.
