Draft: not in effect yet. Highlighted parts still need to be filled in. Update this page when accounts, subscriptions or cloud saving are added.

In short: your studio work stays on your own device. We only collect what we need to run accounts, payments and artist pay. We never sell your information.
1. What stays on your device
Stories, songs, scores, drawings, poses, scenes and films you make in our studios are saved in your own browser, on your device. They are not sent to us. Videos, photos and sounds you open in the studios are processed on your device and are not uploaded to us. Recording uses your microphone only while you're recording, and the recording stays on your device unless you choose to share it.
2. What we collect
When you create an account (when accounts open)
- Your email address, username and password (stored securely, never in plain text), and your birth year to check age rules.
When you buy something or subscribe
- Payments are handled by our payment partners ([Payhip / PayPal]). We never see or store your card number. We receive your name, email, what you bought and whether the payment went through.
When you share music as an artist
- Your uploads, artist name, profile, and the information needed to pay you (your PayPal email, and tax details if the law requires them).
When you listen
- Which songs were played and for how long. We need this to split the artist pool fairly and to show artists their play counts.
When something on a page breaks
- Your browser sends us a short error report: the page address, the error message and your browser type (for example "Chrome on Windows"). It never includes your projects, files, account details or IP address. We use these reports only to find and fix problems, and we keep only the most recent 500.
When you visit any page
- Our host, Cloudflare, briefly processes basic technical information (like your IP address and browser type) to deliver pages and block attacks. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which also receives your IP address. See Cloudflare's and Google's privacy policies.
3. How we use it
- to run your account and deliver what you bought;
- to pay artists and show them their stats;
- to keep the Service safe, stop fake plays, spam and abuse, and follow the law;
- to email you about your account, purchases or important changes. Marketing emails only if you opt in, and you can unsubscribe any time.
4. Who we share it with
We never sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We share it only with:
- companies that help us run the Service (hosting, payments, email), and only what they need;
- listeners and other members, for the things you choose to make public (your artist name, profile and shared work);
- authorities, when the law requires it or to protect someone's safety.
5. Children
The Service is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn that a child under 13 has given us personal information, we delete it. Parents can contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL]. Members aged 13 to 17 need a parent or guardian's permission to make purchases or receive artist pay.
6. How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is open. When you delete your account, we delete your personal information within 30 days, except records we must keep by law (like payment and tax records).
7. Your choices and rights
- See, correct, download or delete your information by contacting us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
- Clear the work saved in your browser by clearing this site's data in your browser settings (export anything you want to keep first).
- Depending on where you live, you may have extra rights under local privacy laws. Contact us to use them.
8. Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS) and trusted providers, and limit who can access personal information. No system is perfectly secure, but we'll tell you promptly if a problem affects your information.
9. Changes
We'll update this page when the Service changes, and tell you about important changes before they take effect.
