The rules for using Raven's Immortal Art Studios.
Effective date: [DATE]
These terms are an agreement between you and [YOUR LEGAL NAME OR BUSINESS NAME], doing business as Raven's Immortal Art Studios ("we", "us"). They cover our website, studios, store, music platform and any apps (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these terms.
Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens on your account. Tell us right away at [CONTACT EMAIL] if you think someone else is using it.
Stories, songs, scores, pictures, videos and films you create with our studios belong to you. We don't claim ownership of them.
When you share anything on the Service (music, stories, art, video, comments, profiles), it must not:
We may remove content that breaks these rules, and suspend or close accounts that break them. In serious cases (for example, content that endangers a child) we will report it to the authorities.
Artists who upload music also agree to our Artist Upload Agreement, which explains the license they give us and how artist pay works. Copyright complaints are handled as described on our Copyright & Takedowns page.
Our novels, chapters, stories, artwork and characters are protected by copyright. Buying a book lets you read it for yourself. It doesn't let you copy, share, resell or adapt it.
We work hard to keep everything running, but we can't promise the Service will always be available, error-free, or that your work will never be lost. To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses (such as lost work, lost profits or lost data). Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you haven't paid us anything.
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should continue (like ownership, limits on responsibility and the license in uploaded music until it's removed) continue after an account closes.
We may update these terms. For important changes, we'll give at least 30 days' notice on the site or by email. If you keep using the Service after the changes start, you accept them.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [YOUR STATE] and the United States.
